1. Description of Service

Murals & Signs, LLC offers mural and sign painting services, both in replicating existing designs and creating new ones. With over a decade of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering quality work tailored to your needs.

2. Age Restrictions

There are no age restrictions for utilizing our services. However, if you are under 18, please ensure you have parental consent before commissioning a project.

3. Payment and Terms of Service Provision

A quote or invoice will be provided outlining the total amount for the project. Payments are accepted electronically or via cash or check. An agreement will be executed between the client and Murals & Signs, LLC. A non-refundable 50% deposit of the quoted amount is required upfront. Any changes made post-agreement may result in additional charges.

4. Website Usage and Prohibited Activities

The images and written content on our website are the sole property of Murals & Signs, LLC and are protected by copyright laws. Distribution or replication of any content without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. User Feedback

Feedback is welcomed and can be submitted through our ‘Contact Us’ page or on platforms like Google Reviews.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials displayed or performed on the website, including, but not limited to text, graphics, logos, tools, photographs, images, are the property of Murals & Signs, LLC and are protected by copyright laws.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or the service provided by Murals & Signs, LLC will be resolved through mediation. In the event that a project needs to be terminated, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable. All materials belonging to Murals & Signs, LLC will be removed from the property.
